I found the useful learning podcast from British Council Learning English which has four series and each recording has a transcript and interactive exercises to help you understand the topics. It is designed for intermediate and upper intermediate learners who are planning to study and work around the world.
In this series, the presenters Tess and Ravi introduce their radio programs and quiz sessions with invited guests. Literally, it is an interesting podcast so I hope you have good practice and habits about listening to radio.
